Question 1

I already run my club fine without an app. Why do I need this?

Accepted Answer

You work hard every single day, but some money still slips away without you seeing it — a late payment, a few extra minutes on a table nobody billed, a customer who never showed up. It's not your fault, it's just hard to catch everything alone. PaceBox catches it for you, so your hard work finally pays you back in full.

Question 2

How does PaceBox make sure customers pay on time?

Accepted Answer

The app gently reminds your customer on WhatsApp when it's time to pay, so you don't have to ask and you don't have to feel awkward about it. You can also set a limit on how much credit a customer can run up. Your money stays safe, and your relationships stay warm.

Question 3

We lose track of table time all the time — how does the app fix that?

Accepted Answer

A timer starts the moment your customer sits down. You choose to charge per hour or per game. When they're done, the bill is already correct — no guessing, no arguments, no losing what you earned.

Question 4

Keeping track of snacks, drinks, and daily expenses takes hours every night. Can this actually save time?

Accepted Answer

Everything your customer orders — table time, snacks, drinks — gets added automatically under their name. When they leave, one bill is already done. At the end of the day you don't have to sit with a pile of papers to know how much you made; you just look, and you know.

Question 5

Customers book by phone and sometimes just don't show up. How do you solve that?

Accepted Answer

When a customer books, they pay a small amount to hold their spot. This means they almost always show up, and if they don't, that amount is yours. No more holding an empty table while turning away a customer who was ready to play right now.

Question 6

Tournaments bring in money but they're exhausting to run. What does PaceBox do here?

Accepted Answer

We handle it all — registrations, scheduling, live scores, even live streaming with chat and commentary so more people watch and get excited. You just enjoy the day and watch your club come alive.

Question 7

I want flexibility in how I record payments — can I still take cash?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Your club, your way. Record cash payments and app payments side by side, however feels natural to you. We built this to fit your business, not the other way around.

Question 8

What if my business has a slow month — am I still paying full price?

Accepted Answer

No. You only pay based on how much you use the app. A slow month costs less, a busy month costs a little more. We only do well when you do well — that's a promise.

Question 9

Who gets to see my customer and business data?

Accepted Answer

Only the people you choose to. You decide exactly what each staff member can see. Your business, your customers, your trust — always in your hands.

Question 10

How long does it take to get set up?

Accepted Answer

Just one day. By tomorrow, you could already be saving time and money.

Question 11

Is there an app I download, or is it on the web?

Accepted Answer

The web app is ready for you right now, today. The mobile app is coming soon.

Question 12

What do I get if I refer another venue owner?

Accepted Answer

You both get about a month completely free. When something helps you, it feels good to share it — and we want to thank you for that.

Question 13

Do I need to buy any special machines or equipment?

Accepted Answer

No. Just use the phone or laptop you already have at your counter. Nothing new to buy.

Question 14

Does PaceBox only help me manage existing customers, or bring in new ones too?

Accepted Answer

Both. While you're busy running your club better, new customers are quietly finding you and booking a table — without you lifting a finger.

Question 15

Who do I talk to if I need help?

Accepted Answer

Just message us on WhatsApp, like you would a friend. No call centers, no waiting on hold. We pick up because we care.

Question 16

Why should I choose PaceBox?

Accepted Answer

Because we built this for someone exactly like you — a venue owner who works hard, who deserves every rupee they've earned, and who deserves to go home a little earlier at night. We're not a big faceless company, we're right here with you, table by table, club by club.
